Registration
The practice welcomes new patients.
Patients are asked to fill out a new patient registration form and an appointment will be made with the Doctor or nurse to complete your registration with our doctor. Your initial appointment will take 30 minutes to cover your medical history.
The surgery covers Immingham and the villages of North and South Killingholme, East Halton, Ulceby, Thornton Curtis and Habrough, Wootton, Stallingborough. Please click here to see if you are in the practice's catchment area.
We do welcome patients that live outside of the catchment area for out of area registration however we will not be able to provide home visits.
